Satu infografik yang menyebut Covid-19 Hour telah menjadi tular di beberapa laman sosial, menyatalan larangan keluar rumah dan berada ditempat awam seperti pasar raya dan restoran, telah mencetuskan rasa panik dalam kalangan masyarakat.
Walaubagaimana pun, menurut Menteri Kesihatan, Datuk Seri Dr Adham Baba, penyebaran infografik mengenai 'lockdown' atau perintah berkurung ini adalah palsu.

"Tiada sebarang perintah 'lockdown' buat masa ini. Mohon hentikan penyebaran khabar palsu seperti ini," katanya.
Menjengah ke laman Twitter, tandapagar #LockDownMalaysia telah menjadi trending sejak awal pagi tadi, dengan rata-rata warganet berdoa agar diselamatkan daripada terkena jangkitan dan keadaan kembali pulih.

Honestly I dont think #LockDownMalaysia would be much of a great idea. We are not that much of a developed nation like the countries that are going through lockdown rn. We have MANY families that are not well off enough that we have to worry for should a lockdown be implemented

I do agree for #lockdownmalaysia esp for high risk rate state like selangor and kl. We m'sian were too stubborn to listen and understand the needs of self care and self responsibility yet still enjoying themselves like nothing to worry.
