Sejak dari malam semalam (12 Februari), ramai pemilik akaun Instagram, khususnya selebriti dan instafamous mengadu telah hilang ramai pengikut mereka.

Kes berkenaan bukan sahaja berlaku di Malaysia, malah diserata dunia apabila ramai pengguna Instagram turut terjejas.

so I just lost like 4K on Instagram and it unfollowed like 100 people within a matter of minutes? what’s going on 😩

like I’m not mad about my follower count cause I’d rather have less spam followers and better engagement but like why is it unfollowing people?!

Dipetik dari Express UK, kehilangan folliowers ini adalah mungkin disebabkan pihak Instagram mengambil tindakan memadam sejumlah ‘fake account’ pada platform mereka.

Disebabkan itu, ramai juga yang mengadu tidak mendapat jumlah view dan like yang banyak pada posting mereka di Instagram.
